This is an educational reference built from two harm-reduction handbooks about peptides and anabolic-androgenic steroids. It exists to explain how these compounds work and interact — not to encourage or instruct their use.

These substances carry real and sometimes serious health risks. Most are not approved for human consumption and many are controlled substances. Nothing here is medical or legal advice. Do not take anything without the supervision of a qualified medical professional.

If you are under 18, this content isn't for you.

Understand what happens when you stack.

A plain-language reference to every peptide and anabolic compound in the source handbooks — with an interactive builder that shows you the combined risk and interactions of any combination before it's ever a real decision.

Build your best natural physique.

Training that progresses with you, nutrition and body-comp tracking, recovery and honest supplement info — everything to maximise what your body can do on its own. No drug content unless you go looking for it.

Education only. Every compound here can harm you. Most aren't approved for human use and many are controlled substances. This app is not medical advice — a real doctor and real bloodwork are the point, not an optional extra.

Two families of compounds

Peptides

Short amino-acid chains — healing, growth-hormone secretagogues, fat-loss, sleep, sexual & ancillary support. Diverse, mostly milder, mostly research chemicals.

Anabolic Steroids

Testosterone derivatives — grouped by parent molecule (Test, DHT, 19-nor). Powerful and far riskier: liver, heart, hormones. A base and full ancillary plan are assumed.

Compound Library

Stack Builder

Add compounds to see how they interact — combined risk profile, overlapping side effects, base requirements and what the handbooks say about each. This analyses combinations; it does not endorse them.

Frequently asked

Bloodwork Analyzer

Enter, paste or upload your results. The app flags each value against the handbook's healthy ranges, explains what moves it, and surfaces the handbook's protective measures for your goal. It flags and educates — it does not prescribe drug doses.

This is not a diagnosis and not a substitute for a clinician reading your labs. Anything flagged here — especially high hematocrit, liver enzymes or blood pressure — needs a real doctor. Nothing is stored; values stay in your browser.

More

Calculators

Math helpers for reconstitution and dosing. These do arithmetic only — they don't recommend a dose.

Peptide Reconstitution

How much liquid to draw for a target dose after mixing a powder vial with bacteriostatic water.

Dose & Unit Converter

Convert a mass between units, and split a weekly dose into per-injection amounts.
IU conversions are substance-specific (e.g. HGH ≈ 3 IU per mg) and aren't included here.

Weekly → Per-Injection

Split a weekly dose across injections (e.g. long esters once or twice a week).

BMI · Body-fat · FFMI · TDEE

These have moved to the Progress Tracker (More → Progress Tracker), where they sit with your body figure and measurements and drive its shape.
Double-check every calculation yourself before acting on it. Dosing errors with these compounds are dangerous.

Progress Tracker

Log an entry over time and watch the trend. Saved on this device and included in your backup export.

Saved & Backup

Your saved stacks and lab panels. Saving works automatically when you open this file on your own device; the backup file makes your data portable and safe.

Reset & danger zone

These reset your data on this device only. There's no undo, so export a backup first if you might want it back.

Schedule & Reminders

Turn a stack into a weekly cadence, tick off today's items, and rotate injection sites. Everything saves on this device.

Training Planner

Set your experience, training days per week and goal — you'll get a weekly schedule with built-in rest days, sets and reps. Log your lifts for auto-progression and a recovery map of what's trained vs. ready. Not coaching advice for your specific situation.

Vitals & Blood Pressure

Track blood pressure and resting heart rate over time, and see cardio cautions for the compounds in your current stack. These numbers are your early-warning system.

Know the Signs

The adverse events worth recognising early — what it is, why it happens, and what to do. Red items are emergencies. Awareness is the point: the leading cause of harm here is not knowing what a warning sign looks like.

OTC Supplements

Even over-the-counter supplements can help — or quietly work against — your cycle, your goals and your bloodwork. Green is complementary; amber is worth caution.

Alcohol & Other Substances

How everyday recreational substances interact with your training, your recovery and — especially — a cycle. This is harm-reduction information, not encouragement: for most of these, the safest amount on cycle is none. Red = high-risk combination.

Considering enhancement?

An honest, no-hype look before you decide. The leading cause of harm in this space is a lack of knowledge — so start here.

User Guide

How every part of PED works, step by step. It adapts to your mode, so you'll see the sections relevant to you. This is a reference for using the app — not medical advice.
